(The former is affordable but the material will be uneven, the latter belongs to the food mold coating, the price will be much higher) and the advantages of high quality coating include:

a. Good dissociation

Good water separation makes it easier to unmold a cake or bread, thus retaining its integrity and beauty.

 

b. High temperature resistance and stability

High quality coatings can withstand higher temperatures (above 250 ° C) and are not easy to melt and deform

 

c. Environmental protection and health

Some inferior coatings, in the case of high temperature baking will emit carcinogens such as PFOA, high-quality coatings even if the number of use increases, but also to ensure the health of the user.

 

Coating pizza pans makes them easier to clean and maintain, as well as extending their lifespan. In addition, some coatings can also affect the baking time.

 

1. Brighten or darken the pizza pan

When choosing a pizza pan, the usual color choices are bright and black. The deepened surface helps retain more heat and speeds up baking time. A brightened pizza pan will reflect the heat and slow down the baking process.

 

2. Anodized coating of pizza pan

This coating is a corrosion-resistant anodized film that does not peel off. The color after processing is dark black, which has an excellent insulation effect and can significantly shorten the baking time. To keep the anodized coating intact, brush a layer of cooking oil and bake it in the oven before use. It does not need to be cleaned and can be reused to avoid sticking.

Most pizza pans need to be brushed and baked in the oven the first time they are used, in order to obtain a longer life cycle of the pizza pan and effectively prevent the base and pan from sticking.
